With experience dating back to 1975, Joe joined a local insurance firm
after several years with a commercial bank in
New Bedford as a commercial loan officer.
He holds a Bachelors degree from the University
of
Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and is a former
president of the Bristol Community College Foundation where he still
holds a seat on the Board of Directors.
Joe holds several securities’ licenses (FL, MA, NY, RI), sponsored by
Investors Capital Corporation allowing him to act as a registered
representative. He is a Financial Advisor with Investors Capital
Advisory and continues to work with senior financial planning and estate
planning clientele.
A
Vietnam veteran, Joe served with the
U.S. Air Force Security Service. He is very active in the community,
having served as past president of the Fall River Office of Economic
Development, SER-Jobs for Progress, Price Henry Society of Fall River and the Fall River Board of
Assessors. Joe is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Top
of the Table, as well as a member of the National Association of
Insurance and Financial Advisors.
He resides in Fall River
with his wife, Joanne, and has four daughters and four grandchildren.
